
All other optional tours are not included unless the customer books these tours separately at the time of booking. Optional tours include a tour of the mummy room at the Egyptian Museum, admission to one of the pyramids, fishing equipment and horseback riding at the pyramids, etc. If a customer wants these types of tours, then the necessary tickets will be paid for by the customer.
Down payment
We also offer our customers the option of paying a deposit. The deposit policy consists of paying part of the fees online and the remaining fees at the time of picking.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- For day trips, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance and will be fully refunded. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. If a one-day tour includes a domestic flight, the customer must cancel the trip one week in advance.
For package tours, the customer should cancel 15 days in advance, and if he/she cancels one week in advance, there is a 50% discount on the total price.
Reimbursement
As a rule, refunds will be issued to the original card account using the original payment method. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Tipping
A customary gesture of appreciation for satisfactory service provided by the staff on duty. Although appreciated, it is voluntary and not mandatory.
Complaints:
If you have any complaints, please inform the company (Somabay Trip) so that your problem can be resolved on the spot. You can call our head office and also inform the chairman of Trips 2 Deal directly. If you are not in Egypt, you can send your complaint by email to info@somabaytrip.com.
Acceptance of the agreement:
The contract, which comes into effect when the company accepts the customer’s booking in accordance with these booking conditions, represents the entire agreement between the customer and the company, meaning that the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card signifies that the travelers have read and accepted all conditions and agree to comply with them.
Responsibility:
We act solely as an agent for participants in relation to travel, whether by rail, ship, plane, or other means of transportation, and accept no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to persons or property arising directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: -Weather, acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, wars, riots, labor disputes, disturbances, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, or acts of non-performance, delays, cancellations, or changes by a hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility will be assumed for additional costs.
Special requests:
If the customer has any special requests, they should inform the company at the time of booking. The company and its suppliers will try to fulfill such requests, but as these are not part of the contract, the company does not guarantee this, even for seats that can be booked in advance. If the company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the provider, or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this does not constitute a guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. The customer will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be fulfilled. The company does not accept bookings that are contingent on the fulfillment of a special request.
